Well cut mix readily into water to form stable milky emulsion. The product offer excellent
rust-preventive properties, and is inhibited against foaming. Well-cut is versatile product
suitable for a wide range of metal cutting and grinding operations. Well-cut product
effectively removes heat from the work piece and can be applied as a stream or in mist
form. Single grade may often serve all the machine tools in a plant. Formulated from
paraffinic base oil and surfactants wetting agent for cooling and lubricating the tool and
work in machining operations.
Application:
Well cut is water-mix cutting and grinding general purpose fluid suitable for wide range of
Ferrous and non-ferrous metal working operation resulting in good surface finish and
extended tool life. The applications include turning, drilling, grinding, and tapping,
sawing and milling operation. It also contains an effective biocide to help guard against
the formation of objectionable odors in coolant system. Chemical base incorporated in
product assures effective lubrication under moderate-duty cutting or grinding of cast
iron, steel, copper and most
Aluminum alloys.
